Pastor Dan was saved at age 15 and filled with the Holy Spirit and began to be used of GOD in a ministry of spiritual restoration, healing, prophecy, and evangelism by age 18.  At age 20 he met his wife and ministry partner, Cynthia Howard-Boykin.  It was during a 21 day fast in 1987 that they received the call to pastor.  They came from Orlando to Gainesville to begin Restoration Outreach Ministries on February 28, 1988.

Dan and Cynthia Boykin hold ordination credentials with International Pentecostal Holiness Church (www.iphc.org ).  Dan holds a degree, Master of Arts in Theology and Cynthia holds a bachelor of Arts in Religious Education.  Cynthia is an instructor and Dan is an Assistant Professor of International Seminary (www.internationalseminary.com).

Spiritually:  Our goal is to lead as many possible to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ, and empower each person to discover their God-given destiny and purpose.

Physically:  4 Phase Worship Facility was completed in 1999; Gymnasium  in 2004; & Television editing studio in 2005.  We sold our facilities at 5910 Archer Road,  and purchased property 7 miles west of I-75, at 13020 Archer Road - Archer, FL 32618.  Come grow with us.

Financially:  As we obey God in our tithes and offerings, we continually open the "windows of Heaven" so God can provide for our needs and bless us abundantly, so that we may in return be a blessing to others.
